Olga currently works as Head of R&D at the Kombinat Konopny, where she is in charge of organising the work of the laboratory, creating new formulations of hemp products, establishing dosages, as well as managing the company's social media accounts and communication. She is an analytical chemist by training, with more than 10 years of experience in the hemp industry. The analytical techniques she has used to date in her research work include mass spectrometry, as well as high-performance liquid chromatography. The spectrum of her interests has always included hemp and how to process it. Recently, she has been directing her research curiosity towards the combination that hemp and fungi exhibit, both in the field, during the winter retting process, as well as in further processing and trying to create products such as hemp grow kits, hemp bricks and other biocomposites, hemp-fungal fabrics and others.
