Janel Ralph is the CEO of Re Botanicals Corp and the founder of Harmony CBD, the first vertically integrated organically certified CBD line of products. Harmony CBD was borne of a mother’s desire to alleviate her child’s debilitating seizures. Janel knew there was hope in hemp for Harmony, her daughter,and others like her, so she persevered. In 2015 Janel founded Palmetto Synergistic Research, Harmony CBD, and a full-spectrum USDA organic certified product line of the same name. In 2019 Palmetto Synergistic Research merged with RE Botanicals and shortly after merger Janel was appointed CEO of the larger entity. Re Botanicals is now one company two organically certified brands. Janel believes that corporations need to be responsible for both the people and the planet. Thus, the Re Botanicals brand donates 1% of proceeds to RegenerativeAgriculture and only contracts farmers who use regenerative practices. The Harmony brand donates 1% of product produced to families who are financially struggling. Janel has worked on state and federal legislation as well as regulatory issues. Recently Re Botanicals Corp, led by Janel Ralph, along with the HIA in 2020 filed suit against the DEA due to their egregious overreach into the legal hemp industry. Janel has been a leader in the hemp space for many years and continues to advance the industry forward.
