Jane is an applied consumer demand economist at the University of Vermont. She studies consumer behavior about controversial food system policy issues. She is currently part of several teams investigating the emerging potential of hemp products, including grain, fiber, and flower. Her team includes colleagues from the University of Kentucky, Colorado State University and The University of Alberta.
