Adam Young combines years of experience in nonprofit administration and patient advocacy with a caregiver’s empathy to expand the cannabis industry. Previously, Adam applied his business management and sales background to furthering Realm of Caring Foundation’s mission for community-building through patient education and research while deepening long-term connections between the organization’s supporters and research partners and forging new worldwide partnerships. In his current role, he spearheads strategic initiatives to elevate client experiences, streamline administrative processes, and lead high-performing teams, all while fostering strong client relationships and collaboration. As an advocate for cannabis law reform, he has volunteered extensively for organizations focused on cannabis policy and criminal justice. Adam became further involved with cannabis advocacy after his mother was diagnosed with cancer in 2012. As her primary caregiver, Adam witnessed firsthand the positive impacts cannabinoid therapies had on his mother’s quality of life during her treatment. Adam is an avid hiker who finds rest and inspiration in the great outdoors.
