John Roelke is the Sales Ambassador for Extract Consultants. John has worked for Extract Consultants for over 5 years. Prior to his employment at Extract Consultants, John held a variety of positions in the food and beverage industry including management roles at Continental Sausage, DPI Specialty Foods and Whole Foods. He also worked as a chef at several renowned restaurants in San Francisco, Chicago and Boulder, Colorado. John is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy.
